Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.

All non-arrivals are charged at 100% of the treatment cost.  Failure to pay for this will exclude you from future bookings.

Should you arrive 15 minutes or more late for your appointment Ella may not be able to proceed with your treatment. This will be considered as a non-arrival and you will be required to pay 100% of the cost.
